一、Friendly Reminder

1. The China Maritime Museum is open from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM (last entry at 3:30 PM) and is closed on Mondays (except public holidays). It is recommended to allocate sufficient time for your visit.
2. Enhance self-protection. It is advised to wear a mask, maintain social distancing, practice personal protection, avoid gatherings, and take responsibility for your own health.
3. Tickets for the China Maritime Museum are only valid for visiting the museum at 197 Shengang Avenue and cannot be used for the Shanghai Submarine Museum. To visit the Shanghai Submarine Museum, please purchase tickets separately via the "Shanghai Submarine Museum" official WeChat account.

二、Ticket Purchase Notice

1. The museum implements an online real-name ticket purchase system. You must provide valid identification information to purchase tickets, with one ID per ticket. Your ID will be verified during ticket inspection at the entrance.
2. A maximum of 5 tickets (including morning and afternoon tickets) can be purchased per phone number for the same visit day. Morning ticket holders must enter between 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM on the visit day; afternoon ticket holders must enter between 12:30 PM and 3:30 PM (last entry at 3:30 PM, museum closes at 4:00 PM). Please allocate sufficient time for your visit.
3. Free admission groups and ticket exchange methods: Seniors aged 65 and above can pre-register for free tickets on the "China Maritime Museum" official WeChat account; children aged 6 and below or under 1.4 meters (including 1.4 meters) in height must be accompanied by an adult. Active military personnel, retired military officers, veterans, police officers, national emergency rescue personnel, seafarers, retired cadres, individuals with disabilities (including disabled military or police personnel), family members of martyrs, national healthcare workers, and museum association members can exchange tickets for free admission at the second-floor ticket counter with valid identification. Students and teachers can purchase discounted tickets at the ticket counter with valid identification.
4. Follow the "China Maritime Museum" official WeChat account to learn more about exhibitions, activities, and lectures, and to access free audio guides.
5. When purchasing tickets online via the museum's ticketing system, you must provide the traveler’s identification information (excluding the National Network Identity Authentication Public Service). Corresponding identification must be presented at the entrance for verification. Please ensure the information entered is accurate and valid. The ticketing system will protect your identification information using encryption and other security measures.
